How We Work – SOPs

1. Shipment Receiving SOP

Supplier delivers goods to our China warehouse.
We verify package count, condition, and labeling.
We update customer with received confirmation and weight/CBM (if needed).
Damaged or unsealed parcels are immediately reported to the customer.

2. Consolidation SOP

All shipments from the same customer are grouped together.
We ensure items are safely packed and sealed before dispatch.
No item is opened unless the customer requests inspection.

3. Weight & CBM SOP

Weight (kg) or CBM is checked using standard certified scales.
Customer is informed of chargeable weight before shipping.
In case of difference between supplier and warehouse measurement, warehouse measurement is used.

4. Shipping SOP

Parcels are moved to the airline/sea cargo terminal according to schedule.
Tracking or status updates are shared with the customer.
Customs documentation is handled according to Pakistan import rules.

5. Customs Clearance SOP (Pakistan)

We handle clearance as per government rules.
Duty tax (if any) is paid by the customer.
Restricted or banned items are not shipped.

6. Delivery SOP

After clearance, parcels move to our final dispatch center.
Customer is informed when the parcel is ready for pickup or home delivery.
The customer receives a delivery confirmation message once completed.

7. Customer Support SOP

WhatsApp support is available for quotes, tracking, and queries.
All complaints are resolved within 24–48 hours.
Customer photos or proof of shipment are stored only for service purposes.

8. Payment SOP

Payment is made after arrival unless agreed otherwise.
Online or cash payment options available.

9. Safety & Handling SOP

Fragile items are labeled and handled separately.
High-value goods require customer declaration.
Hazardous or illegal items are strictly not accepted.
